What a wonderful day we had at the very successful Interhouse Athletics Carnival on Friday 2 August. The enthusiasm and participation from our students was simply outstanding and they made us all very proud. A special mention also to the staff and parents who assisted with various duties on the day. Your efforts were a valuable contribution to the success of the carnival.
The Kindy to Year 2 students competed in a range of tabloid games on the Junior School oval before marching over to Senior School for their 50m sprint on the main stage. It was fantastic to see the grit and determination displayed by the ELC students.
In Years 3 to 10, students competed across a range of Track and Field events, culminating in a staff vs student vs parent relay that was so close it needed a photo finish! Congratulations to all students for trying their best and showing great House spirit.
