Today nine Year 5 and 6 St James’ students competed in the Northern Bright Star competition versing local schools.
The students worked in teams of three to solve problems such as locating countries and their landmarks on a map. They also had to design and build catapults as well as create an engaging commercial.
St James’ placed first and third, taking out the overall champion trophy of the day. Congratulations to all students who participated.
