The sun was shining on the Trade Centre this morning as we officially opened the building. Sharing this special occasion with The Right Reverend Kate Wilmot, Assistant Bishop of Perth, Mrs Lynne Thomson, Chair of the Anglican Schools Commission (Inc.), The Reverend Peter Laurence OAM, CEO of the Anglican Schools Commission (Inc.), Mr Tony Stopher, Chair of the St James’ Anglican School Council, other members of our School Council, staff and students.
The St James’ Trade Centre houses specialist rooms for Art and Textiles, Home Economics, Metalwork, Woodwork and Information Technology, giving students access to key industry fields in a practical, hands-on environment.
The Trade Centre will provide all students with the opportunity to discover their potential.
