During Term 1 four St James’ Year 8 students were selected to participate in the Talented Young Writers’ Program at the Literature Centre in Fremantle. The students were privileged to workshop with NSW author, James Roy, who entertained them with his quirky humour and shared his passion for writing. These students thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the opportunity to experiment with their own writing. They will also attend three more workshops over the year with inspiring Australian authors.
