Last week during Year 10 Forensic Science, students worked on blood spatter analysis. Having produced our representative blood sample, students conducted a range of experiments to determine the characteristics of blood spatter based on variables such as height, directionality and movement.
To date, students have looked at topics such as fingerprint analysis, ballistics, handwriting analysis, soil sample matching and overall crime scene investigation.
This fascinating unit has been directed by Mr Grove and Miss Keegan, with help from Miss Meulenkamp and Mr Hall.
