8 years ago, I walked through the kindy doors and now I’m in year 6 and I’ve loved every minute of my journey through St James’. Being chosen to be school captain made me jump up and down with joy, I love being able to support and acknowledge my fellow students, teachers, and community. This year is going to be one of the best years of my life and I’m so glad I’ve got everyone around me here to enjoy it too.

2026 Junior School Captain
I’ve loved my time in Junior School and am sad to see it end. Being selected as School Captain is a privilege—an opportunity to serve our school and contribute to its community, plus I get to meet with the Principal each week for a hot chocolate and discussion about the school.
