Tonight, 24 St James’ students are taking part in the annual Anglicare WA School Sleep Out at Optus Stadium. The students have done an amazing job in raising over five thousand dollars which will go towards Anglicare WA’s Street Connect service who work with young people on the streets of Perth to help them get their lives back on track.
Tonight, while sleeping out, students will learn more about the causes and complicating factors of homelessness – and what they can do to help.
Special mention to the teachers who will be accompanying the students this evening. Stay warm!
